The
Sarasota County Board of County Commissioners has made a
commitment to affordable housing through the creation of
a Community Land Trust and an Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
The
City of Sarasota Commission has approved a development incentive
that would allow increased density in return for developer
contribution to an Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
