WHAT:  Manasota Regional Neighborhood Summit
WHEN:
 Saturday, February 25th 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
WHERE:
 Sudakoff Center at Sarasota-Manatee Campus of USF
WHY:
 The Summit will provide opportunities for learning, and the exchange of ideas and enthusiasm for neighborhood and civic leaders throughout the Sarasota-Manatee region. The morning will begin with a keynote address by nationally-known community redevelopment expert Rev. Damon Lynch III.  Rev. Lynch has extensive practical experience working at the grassroots level using an asset-based approach in neighborhoods in Cincinnati , Ohio and is a faculty member of the Asset-Based Community Development Institute at Northwestern University. 

In addition to a fantastic keynote speaker the Summit will feature workshops on engaging youth in your neighborhood activities, code compliance, leadership training and emergency response.
