For any community issue, data can be the basis of informed discussion. But how often do we discuss the data? This workshop is an opportunity for participants to learn about the resources of the Shimberg Center of the University of Florida, the state's clearinghouse for all data related to housing and affordable homes. Bill O'Dell, Assistant Director of the Florida Housing Data Clearinghouse will be on hand to discuss what data are available about housing in Sarasota County, how those data are calculated, and how they can be applied.
