The Exchange membership consists of over 150 categories of members ranging from developers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, commercial real estate brokers, financial institutions to other affiliated industries primarily in the Sarasota and Manatee County area. The GCBE heavily stresses the aspect of “members working with members” by holding monthly membership events such as quarterly networking socials, dinner meetings, three golf tournaments a year, plus OSHA and CEU Educational seminars that provide a terrific opportunity for our members to meet many people in the industry as well as to learn and have fun.
GCBE is the voice of the industry in government affairs. Members have the opportunity to serve and be represented on many government committees.
